Dustin began his career at Jefferies, a global investment banking firm operating across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He served as an investment analyst at the multi-strategy investment manager Water Island Capital and later co-founded Melius Energy, a Canadian-based oil and gas transportation start-up.
Dustin is Director, Investor Relations, FP&A, and Corporate Development at Afiniti. He is responsible for providing strategic advisory and cultivating relationships with an array of investors. Dustin holds a BBA in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where he was also a member of the Men’s varsity golf team. Dustin is an avid skier and hiker.
